Affiliate Manager (Polish speaking)

Our client is looking to expand their network within European markets.

As a result of their accelerated growth they are looking for an Affiliate Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a commendable affiliate portfolio (focusing on Poland and Europe) enjoying an excellent rapport with a number of well-established affiliates and a hands-on approach in identifying potential new affiliate partners, co-designing and promoting the brand's affiliate program and managing ongoing relationships with existing partners.




* Creation and Management of the affiliate marketing budget and maximizing the ROI on the affiliate program 

* Leading Affiliate Program

* Ensuring that existing deals are efficiently structured and commercially viable

* Identifying, recruiting and activating new affiliates to maximise exposure opportunities 

* Planning and implementing new affiliate marketing strategies and innovative promotions for all target markets

* Implementing communication strategies to ensure affiliates are up to date with any new marketing initiatives and product launches 

* Identifying the key affiliates to build lasting relationships, generating further exposure and increasing revenues

* Maintaining relationships, renegotiating deals and continuously optimizing the performance of affiliates

* Running effective reactivation campaigns for lapsed affiliates

* Reporting on affiliate activity, objectives and program performance

* Organising affiliate events and attending industry shows




* A minimum of 3 years’ experience in affiliate management within sportbetting and online casino

* A thorough understanding of the Polish sportsbook and casino markets

* Expert knowledge of affiliate reward models and tracking software

* Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills

* Self-driven individual with a positive and hands-on attitude

* Team player with strong interpersonal skills

* Proven leadership skills

* Strong sales and negotiation skills

* Experience in maintaining and strategically growing client relationships

* Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English.
