**_The Role_**

As a rockstar Customer Service Agent, you will be the face and voice of the company, communicating directly with our customers via live chat, email, and phone. 

Key Outcomes Within The 1st Year

Befriend 120 customers (x10 per month) 

Know details about our customers, like you know your friends

Share at least x10 ideas of how to improve customer satisfaction to the CEO

Become friends and family with the entire Standdesk team

**_Key Activities_**

Attracts potential customers by answering product questions; suggesting information about other products via live chat, email, or voice

Maintains customer records by updating account information as needed.

Resolves product problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Respond to at least x40 inquiries a day 

Call customers to learn about their experience with Standdesk 

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred.

2-3 related work experience of customer support: live chat, email, voice 

Fluent in English: written & speaking (minimal accent)

Type 50+ wpm, adept with or Zendesk, Google Apps, MS Office, and Social Media

Full time & ability to work United States (PST) hours

Work from home or any virtual location with stable and fast internet
