We are looking for 15 outgoing, reliable people to take calls for our software department. You will be responsible for answering customer questions related to the software, answer questions about features, and manage billing and processing payments to create a stress-free experience over the phone. We need reliable professionals we can count on to provide excellent customer support.
- Answer incoming calls about their account and about the software.
- Understand company services to help them with their questions effectively.
- Type up "wrap up" customer survey emails quickly after each call.
- Be able to easily explain services we offer to customers to help them resolve their issue with ease and clarity.
