**Fast growing business brokerage seeking full time Executive Sales Assistant**

The FBA Broker is a niche business brokerage. We help ecommerce business owners (who sell products via Amazon) prepare and sell their businesses. Also, we are the global leader in market sales data for our niche and now have a growing number of Amazon sellers wanting to sell their businesses with us. This is why we now need a rockstar executive sales assistant to help us keep up with the demand.


We need a detail-oriented executive sales assistant who loves to follow processes while still able to think creatively, putting forward their own ideas on how to improve existing procedures. You’ll be working directly with our Founder/Managing Partner to help close more deals.


Each week you’ll be dealing with both business owners and investors looking to buy businesses, helping with business valuations, pre-sales vetting and listing copy. As part of our small team you’ll have the benefit of working on many different aspects of the sales process from email marketing, sales funnels and on-boarding procedures. The role is 100% remote although fixed times are required each day to cover business hours EST.


Customer service via phone and email is a big part of the current role as our clients are based all over the world. Email templates and phone scripts are available however you still need to comprehend additional questions asked and respond/help accordingly.


Updating and maintaining our CRM and internal processes will be a daily part of the role. Full training will be provided.
