Due to the position being very easy, you will receive commission from the deals that you close. You will also receive bonuses monthly, and if we see that you are effective, we will also put you on salary.

**What we need:**

We are seeking a Full Time Sales Representative located anywhere in Toronto to join our team. This individual would be "home-based" and responsible for generating sales through in-the-field activities and as well as calling and closing deals with the leads given to you by the Lead Generation Specialist. Although this might be obvious, we are looking for true-believers, not only salespeople who will work with us in order to only make money. We are looking for people who love/will love the product they are helping promote, love the company, love the customers, love the brand, and want to make a large and meaningful impact in the company and the cannabis industry.


1\. Build relationships and generate sales growth.

2\. Maintain product knowledge.

3\. Support and execute marketing initiatives

4\. Constantly communicate with Lead Generation Specialist.

5\. Sell advertising space on CannaSOS as well as sell and consult with customers on custom orders.

6\. Love your job, be competitive, and work with passion so we can build something great!

**Again, no lead generating - just closing deals.**


* At least 1 year of B2B sales and/or digital advertising sales experience.

* Exceptional sales "Hunter" skills

* Experience selling advertising space online

* History of meeting and/or exceeding 6 figure quotas

* Effective verbal and written communication skills

* Professional demeanor

* Strong time management skills

* Strong attention to detail

* Experience in Excel, Word.

* Experience with a CRM desired (we will train you if not)

* History of working successfully

* Always follows up

* Not afraid to pick up the phone

* Ambitious, competitive, and hungry
