Note: this position is fully remote and candidates should live in timezones between UTC+7 and UTC-2.
Upleap is an Instagram growth service that is used and loved by thousands of influencers. Since the user base keeps steadily growing, we are looking to add a new member to our Customer Support Team.

What you will do:
* Promptly respond to customers’ inquiries
* Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problem and follow up to ensure resolution
* Work with Instagram influencers to help them reach their goals
* Thoroughly familiarize yourself with the product
* Work with your team to provide feedback on the customer experience and recommend improvements to the product
* Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
* Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
What you should have:
* Empathy, positive attitude and love for working with people are a must
* Advanced understanding of Instagram
* Proven track record of developing Instagram profiles
* Ability to work remotely, sometimes with non-traditional hours
* Full proficiency in English language
* Previous experience in Customer Support roles is prefered, but not required
