**The Role**


As a rockstar Customer Service Agent, you will be the face and voice of the company, communicating directly with our customers via live chat, email, and phone.


**Key Outcomes Within The 1st Year**


* Befriend 120 customers (x10 per month)

* Know details about our customers, like you know your friends

* Share at least x10 ideas of how to improve customer satisfaction to the CEO

* Become friends and family with the entire Standdesk team


**Key Activities**


* Attracts potential customers by answering product questions; suggesting information about other products via live chat, email, or voice

* Maintains customer records by updating account information as needed.

* Resolves product problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

* Respond to at least x40 inquiries a day

* Call customers to learn about their experience with Standdesk


**Required Qualifications**


* Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred.

* 2-3 related work experience of customer support: live chat, email, voice

* Fluent in English: written & speaking (minimal accent)

* Type 50+ wpm, adept with Desk.com or Zendesk, Google Apps, MS Office, and Social Media

* Full time & ability to work United States (PST) hours

* Work from home or any virtual location with stable and fast internet
