Are you a **whiz at social media and Facebook Ads**? Do you make it rain when it comes to generating leads using digital tools?

If so, this is the role for you!

If all you’ve ever done is write a few things for Facebook posts, this is probably NOT a good fit.

First, a brief description of what we do. Running Rhino Marketing is a digital ad agency that focuses on lead generation for medical clinics in the United States. Using creative ads, integrated online technologies, lots of testing, and Facebook Ads platform, RRM drives leads through each client’s sales funnel to help them generate new patients. Once the lead is generated, we also train the medical staff on processes to follow to ensure the lead becomes a patient. We are an upstart firm founded by a political digital expert and a medical provider.

What we need you to excel at doing is **generating online leads, helping the sales team cultivate prospects, managing digital ad campaigns, and running RRM’s social media presence**.

**The Position**

By serving as the Social Media & Facebook Ad Manager, you will play an important role in growing the company. There are significant opportunities for advancement as the number of clients served increases, which is a key outcome for your job.

We need a **results-oriented, tech-savvy individual** with a passion for generating results. Why? Because your success in this role will be judged by the quality of leads you generate for our clients in addition to the boost in overall sales.

You must have prior success in a fast-paced, 24/7 work environment.

**The Requirements**

This position requires proficiency in all aspects of digital lead-generation marketing – Facebook Ads, ClickFunnels (or similar), email marketing, HTML, social media management, automation sequencing, list building. Therefore, you must have a track record of creating results-generating Facebook ad campaigns, executing social media tasks, and honing campaigns to generate the desired outcomes. 

You must also:

• Setup digital funnels

• Setup Facebook Ad campaigns

• Track online customer interactions 

• Optimize Facebook Ad campaigns to drive down CPA

• Manage freelance graphic design work

• Build marketing campaigns for various target audiences

• Handle social media posts, replies, and interactions

• Write content about services, industry trends, and case studies

• Research potential prospects for outbound sales efforts
